REELS T.L.C.: All reels are inspected, cleaned and spliced prior to transfer to ensure the highest quality digital files possible. 

UPDATES: Throughout the process, you receive e-mail updates when we receive your order when processing begins, and when your order is completed and on its way back to you.  From the moment the order leaves your hands to the moment, it is returned, our Essential Tracker system knows exactly where your order is located.

USA: Your items are received and processed in our industry-leading facility in Fishers, Indiana, just north of Indianapolis.  All of our employees work in this facility every day to ensure the best experience possible, seamless work and the highest quality service.
