QUALITY: Your tapes are digitized on professional grade equipment and reviewed by three technicians through our process. We deliver these high quality video files back to you via Digital Download links available in your personal account, and on a USB drive or hard drive should you select one at order placement.
TAPE T.L.C.: We inspect each tape and handle tape repairs as needed. Our team works to address tracking issues so that you get the best possible transfer.
UPDATES: Throughout the process, you receive e-mail updates when we receive your order, when processing begins, and when your order is completed and on its way back to you. From the moment the order leaves your hands to the moment it is returned, our Essential Tracker system knows exactly where your order is located.
